Team Germany for MXoN 2018 has been announced today, confirming the team that will compete at the Monster Energy FIM Motocross of Nations RedBud. Ken Roczen (MXGP), Henry Jacobi (MX2) and Max Nagl (Open) will travel to RedBud in October.

Germany have often struggled to find three solid riders who can contest the Motocross of Nations, but have obviously not had that problem this time around.

For the first time since 2013, Ken Roczen will return to the Motocross of Nations to captain the German team. Roczen led Germany to its first MXoN victory in 2012. In 2013, Roczen went 1-2 in his class, but Germany finished seventh due to a bad weekend from Dennis Ullrich. Roczen will race MXGP at RedBud on October 6-7.

Joining Roczen will be veteran Max Nagl. Now a member of factory TM, Nagl has struggled in the FIM Motocross World Championship this year, as he sits 12th in points, but he is a veteran of MXoN, and was part of the winning 2012 team. He will race Open.

Rounding out the team in MX2 will be Henry Jacobi. Jacobi rides for STC Racing Husqvarna in the FIM Motocross World Championship and currently sits ninth in points.
