Jason Anderson was involved in a collision at Glen Helen Raceway during practice
Reports are coming in from Glen Helen in the US that Jason Anderson may have been injured in a collision while practising at the track today.
MXA report that a rider crashed before the finish line and riders were flagged around the jump. Riders, including Anderson, were passing the fallen rider slowly when another rider suddenly veered into Anderson, which took them both down.
Anderson was carried from the circuit but there is no news on his condition or if he has been left with any injuries that could prevent him lining up this weekend at Lakewood.
We have reached out to the team for an update or official word, but have not yet received a response. We will update this post as we learn more.
Anderson claimed the 2018 Monster Energy Supercross Series 450 championship, the first 450 title of his career, and after two rounds of the 2018 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship is ranked third overall in the 450 point standings.
